Friends. Brooke and I are in the process of buying a house. If you or anyone you know would be interested in buying the lease for our downtown Salt Lake apartment, please message me. You or someone you know could move in as soon as May 5 if all goes well. The lease goes til the end of July, but if you like the place enough, you could sign a new lease when the current one ends.
